Jelly About this policy
Jelly Chase is a mobile game for iPhone and Android made by Jad Yazbeck, an independent developer based in Lebanon ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the game collects, why, who it is shared with, and the choices you have.

We do not collect your contacts, photos, precise location or messages.
How we use it and who we share it with
We use this information to run the game, keep your progress safe across phones, show video ads that pay for the game, and fix problems. We never sell your personal information.
The game uses these services, which process data under their own privacy policies:

We may also share information if the law requires it.
Ads, consent and tracking
Jelly Chase shows video ads only when you choose to watch one, for example to get an in-game bonus.
- Europe, the UK and Switzerland: the first time you open the game, a Google consent message asks whether ads may use your data. You can accept, refuse, or choose your options. Refusing still lets you play and watch videos; the ads are just less personal.
- iPhone: Apple asks whether Jelly Chase may track you across other apps. If you say no, your Advertising ID is not shared and ads are not personalized.
- Android: you can reset or delete your Advertising ID in your phone's settings (Settings → Google → Ads), which stops personalized ads.
Your choices and rights
- Delete your account: in the game, open Settings (the gear on the map) → Account → Delete account. This deletes your account and cloud save. You can also email us to ask.
- Delete data on your phone: uninstall the game.
- Change your ad choices: change Apple's tracking setting in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, or your Android Advertising ID as above. Players in Europe can also change their consent choice.
- Your rights: depending on where you live (for example under the EU/UK GDPR or California law), you can ask to see, correct, delete or move your data, or object to how it is used. Email us and we will help. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Other details
- How long we keep data: your account and cloud save stay until you delete them. Data on your phone stays until you uninstall. Ad data is kept by Google under its own policy.
- Security: data is sent over encrypted connections and stored with Google Firebase. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect it.
- Children: Jelly Chase is made for adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you think a child has given us data, email us and we will delete it.
- Where data is stored: our service providers may store and process data outside your country, including in the United States.
- Changes: if we change this policy, we will update the date at the top and, for big changes, tell you in the game.
